After seeing confirmation in Transformers #41 (Combiner Wars Part 4), I wanted to see what Ultra Prime would look like in toy form. We already have Optimus Prime and I imagined the other four – Prowl Sunstreaker, Mirage and Ironhide – using the Stunticons since those are the figures most likely to be remolded for these new figures.
My Photoshop skills are not the greatest, but I think it comes across pretty good.

The Autobot High Commander and resident Psychopath, Nova Prime, finally gets an official figure from Hasbro. A remold of the fantastic Orion Pax figure from a few years ago is a worthy addition to any collection!
Drift is the honorable samurai bounty hunter from the new Transformers: Robots in Disguise animated TV show. He sports a brilliant orange and black color scheme and is highly posable. Easily the best figure of the Robots in Disguise line so far, Drift will fit nicely into anyone’s collection!
Sideswipe is the bratty teenager yet capable warrior of the new Transformers: Robots in Disguise animated TV show. his Legion Class figure sports a smidgen more articulation than the One-Step Changer but looks a ton better and will fit in anyone’s Legion/Cyberverse collection.
Armada Megatron is an homage to the big bad Decepticon leader from the Transformers: Armada series. We haven’t seen Megatron in this body in the IDW Comics which the Combiner Wars toy line is based on. It will be interesting to see if Megatron adopts this body style as Starscream did during Dark Cybertron or if this is just another repaint.
Lots of cool new Transformers toys were revealed at the New York City Toy Fair this past weekend! Combiner Wars was well represented and we even learned of a couple of new Robots in Disguise Warrior (Deluxe) Class figures!
